    September 01, 2018 - New technical support at Strato

    In a constant improvement of our customer service in connection with the technical support of STRATO equipment, we have recently made available to you a brand new technical service.
    This service has been set up to meet the ever-growing demand of our customers and partners who want a fast, courteous but above all efficient technical service.
    For these reasons we have created a brand new technical expert position that will be at your disposal to answer any questions, suggestions or problems related to STRATO products.
    
    Our technical department will also be responsible for training for clients and partners who wish to gain some programming autonomy or simply to better understand their automated environment.
    
    My name is Jonathan Bédard and I am your new technical expert at STRATO.
